KICKING OFF A NEW CHAPTER
As we step into the new year, we want to take a moment to thank each of you for your incredible dedication and hard work throughout 2024. Your efforts have been instrumental in making this year a remarkable success. From celebrating together at the Thanksgiving lunch to the joyful moments we shared during the Christmas party, it was a pleasure to see the camaraderie and spirit that make our company truly special. This year, we achieved significant growth, and we’re proud of all we’ve accomplished as a team. As we set our sights on 2025, we are excited about the opportunities ahead and are determined to double our achievements by the year’s end. Together, we can make this new year even more extraordinary. Thank you for everything you do, and here’s to a fantastic year ahead!

We’re thrilled to announce that our new payroll system has officially gone live! This upgrade is designed to enhance your experience by making payroll processing smoother, faster, and more user-friendly. FEATURED JOB
This issue, we’re showcasing the work done on a Sam’s Club distribution center. Spanning over 1,000,000 square feet, this facility was designed to support logistics and automation, including conveyors, robotic fields, and advanced robot pick areas. Winston Rymer, who worked on this project, shared his experience:
“My job was a Sam’s Club distribution center. It was over 1,000,000 sq ft warehouse that consisted of conveyors, robot fields, and robot pick areas. It was very time-consuming and involved. It took 20 months to finish. This building was already there when we started the work, which meant all pipe work had to be run overhead.”
This featured job is a testament to the skill and dedication required to tackle large-scale projects. Stay tuned for more stories highlighting the incredible work done by LECI.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
Marc Hendrix has been with LECI for 3 ½ years, and he recently faced a devastating hardship when his family lost their home to a fire just before Christmas. During this challenging time, Marc expressed deep gratitude for the incredible support he’s received from the LECI family.
“From day one, when I stepped in the office and met everyone, I felt like family at LECI. I am thankful for everything LECI has done for my family, and I want to let everyone know that you’re not just an employee or a number here—you are valued, and you are family,” Marc shared,

OUR EMPLOYEES CARE
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our toys for tots in December! Your incredible generosity made a difference in the lives of children this holiday season. We’re thrilled to share that we collected 89 toys along with several monetary donations—what an amazing show of support! Special shoutout to Zack Smith for going above and beyond, leading the way with the most donations! Thank you, Zack, for your outstanding contribution and for inspiring others to give so generously. For those unfamiliar, Toys for Tots is a program run by the USMC reserve, dedicated to providing toys to less fortunate children. Supporting this cause aligns perfectly with LECI’s commitment to building stronger communities and caring for others.
We’re excited to spotlight employees involved in community service! If you or a colleague have participated, please let HR know so we can share your story. LECI CHRISTMAS PARTY
We were thrilled to host the Lewis Electrical Contractors Christmas Party at Topgolf, and it was an incredible success with around 160 people joining us, which was almost triple the amount of last year’s party! The evening was packed with excitement—from amazing giveaways to a delicious dinner—and we capped it all off with some fun on the driving range. A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who worked so hard to make this event unforgettable. Your dedication and effort truly made the night special.
We’re already counting down to next year’s celebration and can’t wait to see even more of our fantastic team together. Here’s to the holiday season and an amazing year ahead!
